What is Mulberry silk?Mulberry silk is the highest quality silk available to purchase. Mulberry silk is unique in how it's produced. Silkworms only eat mulberry tree leaves, the resulting cocoons are spun into raw silk fibers.

What is 6A?Silk is graded on an A, B, and C scale. Each letter is a different type of silk product quality. The number takes the grading to a higher level. 6A being the finest and highest quality. All product in our range are the higest quality.

What is 22-momme?Momme is a unit of measurement, like the treat count in cotton. You can't use thread count for silk because the diameter of silk is much thinner do mommy is used instead. Momme describes weight and density. It ranges from 11-25-momme. 11 is the poorest quality 25 is too heavy, generally used for curtains 22-momme is the perfect balance for silk accessories, clothes, or bedding. All items in our range are made from 22-momme silk.

How do I take care of my silk pillowcase?Our silk can be hand wash or machine wash on a gentle setting using detergents, especially for silk. Turn your pillowcase inside out. Place all your silk in a mesh washing bag (if machine wash) Hand wash gently in cold water Rinse in clean water with a silk softener Do not tumble dry or wring your silk Gently roll your silk in a towel to remove excess water Hang or lay flat on a towel to dry Ironing Use the silk setting on your iron or Use the steam setting Place your silk between a sheet to iron *Never iron on the silky side

What is your Shipping Policy?DOMESTIC SHIPPING Currently we ship domestically via SF Express. Most orders post within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), and someone must be at home to collect our deliveries. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING Although we will offer worldwide shipping, some countries have suspended any imported goods via AIR mail during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please contact us to see if we can currently ship to your country, or place your desired goods into your basket and check for your country at checkout. What is your Return Policy?Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on hair accessories including headbands, ties, and scrunchies, face masks, or hair turbans for hygiene reasons. All sales are final.
